Please help: What should I do?

I am now a student in H4 and will graduate this fall. In order to get work permision, I need to change my status into either F1 or H1, or get EAD by submitting I-485 (my hu*****and applied EB1A I-140 and still pending, don't know when it can get approved). Since I have been in H4 for almost 5 years, it's not worth to change to H1. So It seems like there are only two ways that I can go: change to F1 or apply EAD.

My question is: which one is faster and can I apply both F1 and EAD? Is that allowed by law?

I am very worried about my status. Please give me your kind advice. Thanks a lot.
