小燕子，或者其他专家，这样的情况有什么意义？

我是主申请人，9/05， NIW, NSC.
485 still pending due to name check was told by infopass, started in 11/05.
Called USCIS, got a letter siad:

Your case is under review, you should receive a decision or other notice within 60 days since the day letter sent.

Then change address, called again.
LUD 8/2/07;

My LD's case was told by infopass:
Under review, just wait for visa number.

After his call to change address, LUD 8/9/07 and 8/10/07.

My questions are:

1. Does anyone know what's meaning of under review? Does this mean name check is cleared?

2. Is possible to have LD's GC approved before mine?

3. If I change job to a different unit, can I trnasfer H-1 directly after I used AP?


Anyone has same experience to share? Any comment?
