not true, recently I have three friends

won the cases after file WOM(one is near 2 years, another 4.5 yrs) in July. early August my cousin got it after 4.5 yrs pending (file WOM in March, no MTD, but AUSA ask for extension twice, saying FBI is actively work on his case, just need some extra time)

It is true it is tough for WOM(believer will be tougher in the future), that's the strategy to discourage people to file WOM, but it is your right to file and decide by Judge, not by government(AUSA in this case).
