Pjiang:I-131 and I-765 fee question again

I know I am a little more stupid behind other classmates. but I still want to clarify about the fee for I-131- and I-765. I submited I-140 and I-485 on July 31(but not I-131 and I-765), I did reveived the receipt number for my I-140. Now may I submit I-131 and I-765 ? If I want apply for I-131 and I-765, Do I use OLD fee?
