请教小白兔 or Other Experts

Hi, 小白兔 or Other Experts,

My girlfriend is currently with F-1 visa. I am green card holder.

If we get married in US, can she stay in US legally just based our marriage? Or she has to have a non-immigration visa in order to stay here legally.
