I am looking for a job.The recruiter asked the following question. (It is my ideal company.)

Under what circumstances do you have the EAD and when does it expire.
- I am granted EAD as being in Adjustment of Status, which is valid for 1 year and renewable. However, I prefer to be sponsored H-1 visa to ensure my continuous employment with no interruption.

Also, when do you expect to have the green card.
- Although I am in the last stage of applying green card, I wish I know when USCIS will approve my petition favorably.
