Is the officer review the last step of I-485?

Hi,

My I-140 and I-485 (NIW based) was concurrently filed three years ago. My case was transferred from VSC to TSC this March. My background check was completed in March and my second finger print is valid. I just called USCIS and was told that my case is under review by an immigration officer. Does anyone know how long it will take for the review? Any chance for RFE? Is that the last step for my I-485?
