XIaobaitu and other experts, date on G-28 form

请律师办的485, 要添G-28 FORM. 律师的助理没有在表上部 fill out the date．　发信问她，说Ｇ－２８do not need to fill out the date we leave it blank.
是这样吗？会不会影响申请或退件呀？很着急！谢谢了
