H1B加拿大签证坏消息

本人今天试图网上预约加国美领馆H1B签证，不成。只好打900电话。情况如下：

1) TORONTO和MONTREAL整个6月已满。
2) OTTAWA最早仍可预约6月8日(5个名额)，9日(20个)。但是，本人电话上被告知现在取回护照(签证)要至少三个工作日。换言之，如果星期四递申请，最早要下星期二才能取回。
3) 只有CALGARY可当天取回护照签证。
4) 并非所有的美国在加拿大的领馆都受理H1B签证。比如，HALIFAX，虽有签证服务，但不受理H1B。
