thanks! i'm just worried that ins people may not know what fee should apply and return my package. i called ins customer service this afternoon and two reps told me that after 7/30 new fee should apply, even after i explained the 7/17 update to them. should i attach two checks(one is $395, and the other is $1010)? will they return my package if i submit more money than they need?
