Any suggetion?

I have received a letter from FBI on April 14 say my name check have been processed two times. And results were forwarded to USCIS on May 4, 2006 and April 10, 2007 separately.
Now I received a letter from USCIS on Aug 3, 2007 say my name check is still pending. What should I do next? Any suggestion?
