1. start PS
2. press Ctrl+N to make new document, setup paper(preset)for letter size, resolution 300 pixels/inch
3. open your picture, crop as you like (let width and hight be the same)
4. menu-image-image size: setup your width and hight to 600 pixels
5. Ctrl+A to select all, Ctrl+C to copy
6. move to your new file window
7. Ctrl+P to paste your photo to the new file
8. use move toll to move it where you like
9. repeat 7-8
Note, each photo is at a different layer, if you want to move any one, make sure you active that layer

10. print it
all the photos should be at 2 inch *2 inch
