A#请教小百兔等...

劳工的I140 和I485被拒了,又跟着我申请了一个I485,我的I140已经批了,但是我们没有给他以前的A#,这样也会有问题吗?是不是他的被拒了,就可以有另一个A#呢?谢谢回答.
