You may submit 485 based on Eb1, which is better. You will withdraw the 485 based on NIW. When apply 485 based on EB1, you will answer you filled 485 before (though you don't have A#), so that CIS will merge your first one (NIW) with second one (EB1). You still have only one A#.

In your case, I suggest you resubmit 485 since EB1 is approved, and NIW is still pending. Good luck.
