Perm Question

Hi all,

I just sent out my perm application in July, but my boss didn't receive the questionnaire from DOL. I heard someone said the company needs to response the questionnaire within 7 days; otherwise the case will be denied.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience about that or clear about the question.
