真诚请教绿卡申请问题

我出生在中国大陆,老公是台湾人.我们想尝试一下是否可以除了EB2/EB3之外,我们还可以自己申请.

请教各位了.

如果我去台湾的话,13年没有身份证,不能够工作.如果他去大陆的话,喜欢的工作在当地也很难找.现在台海关系又那么紧张.请问我们可以自己申请绿卡吗?可以不通过雇主申请吗?
