5. 主申请人的485收件?

7. Four(4) identical photographs
8. Medical examination results
9. Copy of Marriage Certificate showing the hu*****and-wife relationship
10. Copy of the applicant’s passport, visa, and I-94
11. Copy of Certificate of Birth
