I didn't get CPT for off-campus internship. I got a work permit from the university human resource but that is for on-campus. What should I do now because the Internal Revenue Service required me to submit additional documents for social security and medicare tax refund (I think it is CPT). If I do not respond I don't know if they would report to the Immigration.
