Each time you pass the border, they will scan your passport in computer. We are not 100% sure whether on earth they have record or not. If you report this 5 month, the lost is only you stay 5 months more. But if there's 10% chance they have record, you will face the big trouble on cheating the CIC goverment.Maybe you have to stay another 3 years or can not apply Citizenship forever
