我的律师关于485 receipt rule 的解释

just submitted my 140 & 485 package one week ago. I booked my flight to china a few months ago. Nonrefundable ticket ......

my attorney don't think I can leave before I get 485 notice by mail.
Here's the reason

All paperworks I submitted has my last entry information, like visa number, I94 number, entry date, port......
If you leave USA after your turned in your 485 package and before they open it and enter your information in systme, Airport officer 'll take you old I94 away.
if u have visa interview for H1B in china and reenter USA, they'll issue you new I94. The new information about your this new last entry would be missing in your 485 package, This'll cause your huge problem, they may reject your case.

Any suggest ???? sounds reasonable
