I-485递件时要交medical exam的原件吗？

any person file 485 need do a medical:

1. find a BCIS listed Dorctor. make an appointment.
2. after the medical check, the doctor will give you a sealed envelop. the form is inside.
3. turn in this sealed envelop together with your I485
