如果没及时作fingerprint,可以reschedule 吗？

我下个月打算回国。按经验推算，我们的485，在我回国期间很可能会收到fingerprint notice.如果这样，我可以打电话要求reschedule 吗？ 还是一定要与移民局联系呢？回不会因此485被拒呢？
