My attorney efiled my EB1B I-140 last Friday. He plans to send a packge to post office tomorrow morning. I send him all publications, citations, memberships, review opportunities, and 6 recommendation letters. And also he asked for H-1B approval form, passport information pages, and OPT EAD card.

The questions are:
(1) Do we need completed paper form I-140 with signature from employer and Chinese characters in Part 4 item3?
- No

(2) passport needs copy every page?
- 你只要提交护照首页（personal info），延期和备注 (if applicable)，加上所有有签证、图章和记号的页面就行了。

(3) Marriage certification?
- No

(4) Copy of trans for all degrees?
- No

(5) copy of W-2 and a recent pay stub?
- No
