回复：急问各位：老妈要签证来美，我的H1快到期了怎么办？

正在办老妈来美的签证，今天才意识到我的H1在十月初就到期了！虽然我已经申请了延期，但是还没有批下来。请问这是否会影响签证？如果是我该怎么办？
+doesn't matter. My parents got their visas even with my expired h1b.:) But I still gave them the H1b renewal receipt just in case.

另外，让老妈过来其实是帮忙带一下刚出生的小孩。如果签证官问到这个问题的话是应该如实回答呢，还是说我没有孩子？或是有什么更好的回答？
+ I suggest don't tell VO about they are coming to take care of your kids because this may make VO to think your parents are coming here to work.
