申请公民，在告移民局，今天被告知NC cleared，现在撤诉吗？

US Attorney office 打电话告诉我背景调查已经结束，移民局很快会通知我去宣誓，他问我可不可以撤销诉讼。我是现在撤呢？还是等等？他还说如果在一定时间内没有收到移民局通知，我可以再打开诉讼。我应该相信他吗？
