Just confirmed from my attorney that he did not write the petition letter for filing my I-140. What is the possibility of getting I-140 rejected without the petition letter? Will USCIS request RFE instead of rejection without the petition letter? Is it necessary for me to file I-485 now based on my situation? This is the first year for my H-1B status.
