If you don't want to live in guilty in the future, go and spend some time with your mom. 11 is old enough to learn to take care of himself unless he would be as lucky as his Dad to find a wife like his mom. My father suddenly left this world due to heart problem, 6 months after I was out. I'm still in great pain, but there is nothing I can do anymore. I know that we all manage to survive here. When we are working hard for a better future for ourselves and our children, do something for our parents and grandparents when we have a chance. It was not easy for most of our parents to raise us in China.
