请教各位绿卡错误及I-551 stamp问题.

昨天收到绿卡，但是卡上的 Resident from 日期写成了07/23/04 而不是正确的07/23/07。
1) 请问这种错误有没有必要改？ 如果改的话，用I-90 表因为有可能5个月才得到
改正的卡。我而在这中间有可能换工作。2) 我想填I-90 表之前先去local USCIS
office 盖I-551 章，请问这样是不是就可以合法工作了，3) 如果我换雇主的话，是不是给他们看这个章就可以了? 4) 另外我是否应该给我当前的雇主出示这个章？还是等新卡下来再告诉他们？目前我是用EAD 卡工作。
