使用AP会不会让H1B无效啊？

H1B在境内申请的，说出境回来要stamp才行。

有人说使用AP会使H1B无效，直接进入AOS状态。

有人说使用AP，H1B仍然有效，485被拒也有backup。

不知道这不同的说法和“H1B有没有stamp”有没有关系？
