I-131, six months out of US when I-485 is pending

请教小白兔及各位有经验的朋友，
1）本人I-485 is pending， 已收到1-131 收据，估计还要等上两个月才可以拿到正式的回美证，是否要等到其完全批准才可也离开美国，为了确保I-485 的持续，有效性。

2）查找了许多文件，没有任何关于离美6个月会有入境困难的详细说明。因先生要在中国工作几年，请问，如果本人每5个月入境短期登陆1次，然后再此离美，会影响绿卡的申请及绿卡的有效性吗？

3）本人必需每年在美国住满至少6个月吗？
