急问大侠：我这样的能申请H1B non-profit吗？

我已经在两年前用完OPT了，当时是engineering毕业。
统计Master毕业，刚找到一份工作。我的公司有十来个人，是美国３０多个血站的 Co-op， 供应着美国about ３０％ 的血制品 in the US， 我们公司协调各个血站和医院的血浆供应，采购，运输等，然后从中提取service fee。My boss told me that my firm is for-profit. 我的职位是data analyst。我在一个网上查prevailing wages，发现没有data analyst 这个职位。如果按照Statistican算，我的工资太低；按照Statistical Assistant算，工资水平尚可。本人职责是血制品供需预测，用一些数学的Model预测。我的问题是：

１。 能不能申请Non-profit H1B?
２。 如果不能申请的话，我该是用statistician还是statistical assistant申请？Statistician 工资达不到，用statistical assistant我又怕移民局说不需要我这么一个Master level的人来做。 请各位大侠出出主意。另外，公司对这一套一点不通。
