我是自己file NIW,下面这个问题

Are you authorized for Centralized Filing or Sole Jurisdiction or is this filing for an internationally recognized athlete, group, team sports organization, or Canadian Custom Harvester?*
应该选yes 还是 no?

为什么呢？
