I have no idea about the faster processing. Why do you need fast processing? We also submitted our document to Buffalo Office, and we got medical examine notice after 11 month of submittion. The next step is to pay the landing fee ($415/person) and wait for their further notice (issue the GC card). It usually takes 2-3 months to get their landing notice.
