1。140 会 invalid 吗？485，AP, EAD 还有效吗？
--离开，法律上讲都就废了；如果雇主谅解，继续支持到你有资格转工作...也许还有救。

--如果是雇主帮你花了钱在GC上，基本上没戏。如果各种费用是自己搞的，又在A/B工作过长时间，也许可以"私了"，他们名义上继续支持180天。

2。我的律师说A公司可以revoke or withdraw 140 anytime even after 180 days after 485 filed. 是这样吗？
