请过来人帮忙分析：dependant's name check cleared

I called TSC and was told that my wife's name check is cleared, but mine is still pending. Is it possible that her 485 will be approved first even though she is a dependant? How long will it normally take to get 485 approved after name check is cleared?

Any experts or anyone had similar experience, please help.
