Be prepared to explain to the U.S.C.I.S. that you plan to go back to China after graduation and that you have established residence abroad that you plan to return to after you graduate.

Documents to consider:
1) House (apart.) title docs. indicating that you own real estate property in China;
2) Proof that you've gone back to China to visit your parents/friends in the past;
3) Business connections with your family members/friends in China;
4) Job seeking efforts in the Chinese labor market.
5) Etc.
