并收到receipt number 处于PENDING状态.我老公是O1,十月一号成为H1.现在我老公正在withdrawal H1,保持O1.我有个问题,如果十月一号之前我老公不能WITHDRAWAL他的H1,到了十月一号我的O3将失效,我该如何处理?谢谢
