哪位前辈能给个链接？

我已经从两个独立渠道（朋友口中）听说了我关心的内容：就是140批准以后如果要在学校里换系/部门，PERM和140需要重新走，但是以前的排期（PRIORITY　DATE）依然有效。期盼哪位前辈如果能给个移民局相关内容的连接，以便我明确官方的说法。
