Called TSC today. please help me diagnose my case. Thanks a lot!

I called TSC today.

Thanks GOD. The lady who handled my call told me that all my name checking and fingerprint check were cleared.

But my case hasn't assigned to a Immigration Officer.

My question is: does this mean my case is not assigned a visa number and I need to wait until the new visa quota for next year is available this Octomber?
