Got confused about company's ability to pay, Please help >>>>

the local company I am with made some profit last year, but consolidated financials had loss on audited report I got. Local company has its own Tax ID and filed petition for me.
Anyone one know what and how I should put in employer petition letter to explain local company's ability to pay ? BTW My salarynow is higher than prevailing wage after raise this year.
