I worked in one company in China for 7 month but I accidentally wrote 4 months. Now I really need 7 months of working experience for my EB3-I140. Of course, I can have the company to write official letter to show I have been there 7 month. Unfortunately, I filed my NIW in a hurry before and I sent a different resume. Now my resume has two different copies between H1B-EB3 and NIW to USCIS. Just duration of 3 months.
Would USCIS think I was saying a different story on Employment Verification Letter (EB3-I140) from a brief NIW resume?
What kind of impact could it cause?
Thank you very much.
