485 receipt and FP notice寄丢了，律师不帮忙，怎莫办?

infopass的IO说，06/22 recipt寄出，06/26 FP寄出，可律师和我至今都没有收到。IO建议我的律师send request to NSC,可是律师不干，因为在处理July cases.我能自己查询马？有什莫途径呢？
