E file questions

I looked at USCIS website, it says that I 140 can be efiled and then mail the supporting documents later. If I efile 140 online, can I put 485 and AP and EAD in the same package? Someone told my hu*****and that if we efile 140, then 485 can't file concurrently. Is that true?
