USPS express, TSC

I used P.O. Box address and got this message when tracking my package:

"We attempted to deliver your item at 11:43 AM on July 25, 2007 in MESQUITE,
TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If
unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be
returned to the sender."

I am starting to become a little worried. Will USCIS get the package with
the second delivery attempt? And when will USPS do the second delivery
attempt, tomorrow? Anyone share their experience? Thanks!
