I-485 part3 question:Pjiang, please help me confirm this!

For question "Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S." My I-140 is pending now, should I answer yes or no to this question? And what is the answer to this question in my dependent's form? I checked Teacher pjiang's sample on the top, but I remembered it was "no" before. Teacher pjiang, please confirm this for me. Thank you very much!
