My attorney replied on RFE (ability to pay) on last Thursday, 19/07. On sunday, my attorney get an email said

The last processing action taken on your case.

Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

Current Status: Case approved; approval notice e-mailed.

But that is my H1B on 2005. Does anybody have the same experience? Can't believe that.
