雇主是petitioner, 我还能efiling140吗？

比如eb1-b？ 是该由雇主efiling还是由我自己efiling? 签名那里怎么写？另外如果
efiling了140， 在提交其它材料是还用不用在交一份打印出的140一块寄出去？ 谢谢
