Finally，绿卡approved

我的绿卡经历：
05/2002 LC apllied, EB2
03/2004 LC approved, EB2
04/2004 I-140 applied
10/2004 I-140 approved
这时才发现一个错误：Lawyer made big mistakes and I-140 is EB3
So when we want to file I-485, we have to wait via available.
The only way to resovle it is to re-file I-140. but risk is there might fight for EB2 and EB3 from USCIS.

这个错误几乎让我们打道回府。Since I was told that I'm in layoff list when I'm waiting the PD to be current. So I even contacted china job by phones at that time 因为I-485 没有filed，美国工作不好找 。 即使找到，人家不一定给你办绿卡。 我们还得再来过。想一想，耗不起这时间。

幸运的是： 05/2005, I-485 终于filed。

10/2005 1rst finger print

11/2005, due to lay off, I have to change a job and move

06/2006, 2 and 3rd finger print

12/2006, F2f with local FBI. Two ladys come to my office to talk with me about my name checking process after I sent a mail to them。 All what they said is" this is normal for two years".

03/2007, I 写信 to Mrs Bush

04/2007, 得FBI letter to tell me that my name check is in process

06/30/2007: 我和老公得到网上更新（没有Email ）, 内容没变 （Your case is now pending at TSC…。

07/23/2007: 485 approval notices for both of us

07/24/2007: Both cards are ordered
