Praise Lord!
Just got card order email from TSC. (7/23/2007 6:54 PM PST)

Details:
1. 9/22/2005 NIW (140+485) filed at VSC
2. 4/2006 140 approved
3. 3/2007 485 transfered to TSC
4. 5/2007 2nd Finger print
6. 6/28/07, 6/29/07, 6/30/07 keep updating with nothing changed
7. call TSC today (7/23/07), knowing all my documents ready, just need final approval. But no visa# has been assigned to my case.
8. Get card order email from TSC two hours ago.
