没有信没关系： 1) 老师不认为没有信就会据，2) xiaobaitu 说过没有信也行，3) xiaobaitu 又说了＂根本不需要cover letter,移民局都正常受理和批准＂。

为什么不附信呢？ It does not hurt in any way.


但是你希望老师在课堂上说"一定不要附信"，那是不可能的－－老师是个拘泥于书的人。
